We – Tanja Lang and Alexander Weber – are attorneys-at-law in Austria – with a focus on labour and business law. In the summer of 2021, we founded a new law firm based in Vienna and Lower Austria to provide our expertise directly and efficiently to our private and corporate clients.
Tanja Lang is an expert in European and Austrian labour law and advises clients in all areas of employment law from the conclusion of an employment contract and its drafting to the termination of employment relationships. This includes advice on compliance with all applicable legislation as well as representing the client's interests in dealings with authorities and courts. Tanja regularly publishes on issues of labour and social security law.
Alexander Weber is specialised in the field of corporate and business law. He advises entrepreneurs with all legal issues that arise, from the founding of a company to advice on the sale, transfer, or dissolution of a business as well as all matters in between. Alexander also provides his expertise to clients in matters of insolvency and insurance law. He regularly publishes on issues of civil, corporate and inheritance law.
